Late Fee (After 2/4/20):+$10, Pay at the Door Fee: +$25

Cancellation must be received by:
1/28/2020 for a full refund
2/4/2020 for a 50% refund
no refund after 2/4/2020


To receive credit(s) in any category other than core categories
you must register as a commercial applicator.

Continuing education credits are also available for commercial pesticide applicators licensed in UT, NM, and WY. If other state credits are needed please contact us, and we will try to make arrangements.
